One of the best ways to sell your product or service online is to avail of Google's AdWords program. Google is used by millions of people to search for practically everything online every day. It follows that Google will also know where to place your ads so that you will get the most out of it and get you the best profits. But if you do not know how to write Google ads, you have a problem. AdWords, after all, will only work if you have a killer ad.

If you have a great ad, people will want to click on it. If you have a great ad, you will earn a lot of money by selling your products. But the thing is that writing ads is not exactly easy. What you need is an extensive knowledge on writing the most effective ads.

One of the things that you need to do is to focus on the two main parts of your PPC or pay-per-click campaign. These parts are important in making your ad successful. Without them, your ad will not target the right kinds of visitors to your site.

Your ad should have the correct keyword or keywords. How will you know which keywords to use? What you can do is to try and think of what search terms a customer who might be interested in your product would use on the search engines. Use these keywords to drive this customer to click your ad and visit your website.

Knowing the right keywords is important, but the frequency with which you use them is also a major concern. You have to avoid what experts call keyword stuffing. This is using keywords in your ad many more times than you should. Doing this is not good for your CTR (click-thru rate) and conversion.

The second important part of your ad is the tag. The tag is the hook. This is the part of your ad that will make the readers interested. Usually, it is in a question form. If the question is something that the readers want to know the answer to, they will click on your ad. If the question is interesting enough, they will click on your ad. There are also other tags that are not in question form.

Having these two parts are important but if you are not targeting the right people with your ad, it will not work. You can make sure that you are targeting the right people by understanding your niche and having a clear idea of who will buy your products or avail of your services. Otherwise, you will get clicks on your ad but not sales.

After making your ad, you need to review it. Read it aloud or ask somebody else to read it. Ask other people if your ad is interesting or it makes them curious about your product. If the ad makes them want to check the products you sell or the services you offer, it will work. And if they have ideas on how to improve your ad, ask them.
